We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy, you may return or withdraw from your order under the conditions outlined below.


1. Right of withdrawal

1.1 As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 days of receipt, without giving any reason.

1.2 The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), physically received the product.

1.3 To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement by email to hello@nauchaliving.com, including your order number. You may, but are not obliged to, use the European model withdrawal form.

1.4 After notifying us of your withdrawal, you have an additional 14 days to return the product.


2. Exceptions

2.1 The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Sealed food products (including matcha) which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, and where the seal has been broken after delivery;

  • Products that are made to order or clearly personalized.

2.2 If your product is defective or incorrectly delivered, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will offer an appropriate solution (replacement or refund). In such cases, return shipping costs will be covered by us.


3. Conditions for returns

3.1 Returned products must be unused, unopened and in their original condition and packaging (including any accessories).

3.2 You are liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the product.

3.3 Please package return shipments carefully. The risk of damage or loss during return shipment remains with the sender until we have received the goods.


4. Return shipping costs

4.1 Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part (defective or incorrectly delivered product).

4.2 We recommend returning products using a shipment with track & trace.


5. Refunds

5.1 After receipt and inspection of the returned product(s), we will refund the purchase amount, including the standard original shipping costs (if the entire order is withdrawn). Any additional costs resulting from a non-standard shipping option chosen by you (such as express delivery) will not be refunded.

5.2 Refunds will be made using the same payment method that was used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed.

5.3 We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or until you have provided proof that the goods have been returned, whichever occurs first.

5.4 Refunds will be processed within 14 days of your withdrawal notification, provided the conditions in section 5.3 are met.


6. International returns

6.1 The same return conditions apply to international returns. Please note that international return shipments may involve higher shipping costs and longer processing times.

6.2 Any import duties, taxes or customs charges paid upon delivery are not reimbursed by Naucha Living. Please contact your local authorities regarding possible reimbursement options.


7. How to return a product

Please email hello@nauchaliving.com with your order number and reason for return or withdrawal. 

Carefully package the item and include (a copy of) your order confirmation.
