1. Applicability
1.1 These Terms and Conditions apply to all offers made by Naucha Living and to all agreements concluded between Naucha Living and the consumer.
1.2 By placing an order through our website, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
2. Products & information
2.1 Naucha Living offers high-quality Japanese matcha and carefully selected lifestyle products.
2.2 Product descriptions, images and prices are compiled with the utmost care. Minor variations in color or packaging may occur.
2.3 All products are subject to availability. Naucha Living reserves the right to modify products or prices, or to remove items from the assortment temporarily or permanently.
3. Prices & payment
3.1 All prices are stated in euros, inclusive of VAT and exclusive of shipping costs, unless stated otherwise.
3.2 Naucha Living reserves the right to change prices at any time. No rights may be derived from obvious typographical or pricing errors.
3.3 Full payment must be received before an order is shipped.
4. Delivery & shipping
4.1 Orders are carefully packaged and shipped within the stated timeframe after receipt of payment. Within the Netherlands, delivery generally takes 2–5 business days. International delivery times may vary.
4.2 Naucha Living is not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs authorities, or incorrect address details provided by the customer.
4.3 The risk of loss or damage to products passes to the customer once the order has been delivered to the specified address.
5. Right of withdrawal & returns
5.1 As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the agreement within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.
5.2 To exercise this right, please email hello@nauchaliving.com with your order number and return request.
5.3 After notifying us of withdrawal, you have an additional 14 days to return the product.
5.4 Returned products must be unopened, unused and in their original packaging.
5.5 The right of withdrawal does not apply to opened or used food products (such as matcha), unless the product is defective or damaged upon receipt.
5.6 Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is defective or incorrectly delivered.
5.7 After receipt and inspection of the return, the full purchase amount, including any standard shipping costs of the original order, will be refunded within 14 days via the original payment method.
6. Warranty & liability
6.1 Naucha Living guarantees that its products comply with the agreement and applicable legal requirements regarding quality and usability.
6.2 Complaints must be reported as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days after discovery, in writing via hello@nauchaliving.com.
6.3 Naucha Living is not liable for damage resulting from improper use of products, delivery delays, or incorrect information provided by the customer.
6.4 Liability is limited at all times to the amount of the relevant order, unless there is intent or gross negligence.
7. Intellectual property
7.1 All content on the website, including the logo, brand name, texts, photography and designs, is the property of Naucha Living and may not be reproduced, distributed or used without prior written consent.
8. International orders
8.1 Orders placed outside the Netherlands may be subject to import duties, customs charges or taxes. These costs are the responsibility of the customer.
8.2 Naucha Living is not responsible for delays in international deliveries caused by customs procedures or local regulations.
9. Force majeure
9.1 Naucha Living shall not be obliged to fulfill its obligations in the event of force majeure, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, transport disruptions or supplier failures.
10. Privacy
10.1 Personal data is processed with care and used solely for the execution of orders and related communication.

11. Governing law
11.1 These Terms and Conditions are governed exclusively by Dutch law.
11.2 Any disputes shall be submitted exclusively to the competent court in the Netherlands.
